Activity & Adventure Tours Via Ferrata Climbing

Via Ferrata - Iron Road, is stimulating and memorable adventure, the origins date back to the 19-th century, but they are strongly associated with the first world war, when several were built in the Dolomite mountain region of Italy to aid the movement of the troops. There are two trails moderately difficult B-graded.

The guides will stop along the trail to provide interpretive information about the geologic formations, wildlife of the canyon, human history, and more.

This is fully guided program, and all essential gear will be provided. Minimum age 10-years, 1m 30cm minimum height.

You will meet with your trip leader at our office 5min walk from city center of Peja at agreed hour. He or she will answer questions, brief you on the trip details, and will lead you to your starting point, 3km west from Peja, in the heart of Rugova Canyon-Top Attraction in Kosovo.

Start to climb on the Iron Path secured with iron ladders and attached on steel wire, from where we will have magnificent and panoramic views from above Rugova Canyon. Moderate activity level, B-graded, Total 2h 30min, no experience needed.
